These Terms form the agreement between you and Sowgatlar Dunyasi Corporation ("SDC", "we", "us"). They do not affect any statutory consumer rights you have that cannot be waived.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to order from us. You may check out as a guest or create an account.

If you create an account, keep your login details confidential and provide accurate, current information so we can fulfil and deliver your order. You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account.

Products, Descriptions & Pricing

We describe every item as accurately as we can. Each piece is verified by our New York curators, and authenticity is guaranteed. Handmade and artisanal goods may vary slightly from one to the next — this natural character is a feature, not a defect — and on-screen colors can differ from the item in person.

Prices are set in USD, our settlement currency; other currencies shown are display conversions. Duties and taxes are included at checkout on a Delivered Duty Paid basis. We work hard to keep pricing correct, but if an item is listed at an obviously wrong price we will contact you to confirm or cancel before any payment is taken.

Orders & Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm your payment and send your dispatch and tracking email. Until then, no contract exists.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, we suspect fraud, or delivery falls outside an area we can serve. For bank transfer orders, nothing is charged and no stock is reserved until we confirm the funds have arrived.

Payment

We accept two payment methods. Whichever you choose, card and PayPal details are handled entirely by the payment provider and never touch SDC servers.

• Bank transfer (primary): wire payment to the account shown at checkout, quoting your order number. Nothing is charged and no stock is reserved until we confirm the funds have arrived.
• PayPal.
• Settlement currency is USD; other currencies displayed are conversions for reference only and may differ slightly due to exchange rates and provider fees.

Shipping, Risk & Returns

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours on business days and ship door-to-door with tracking. Core delivery times are Vietnam 2–4 business days, Singapore 3–5, Malaysia 3–6, and Thailand 4–7. Checkout also accepts a full international country list; outside the core region, times and availability may vary and are confirmed by email. Duties and taxes are included at checkout.

Risk of loss and title to the goods pass to you on delivery. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery and are free within our delivery region — please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for the full conditions and process.

Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

All content on sdc.store — including text, product images, logos, and designs — belongs to SDC or its partners and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only; please do not copy, resell, or scrape our content without written permission.

• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms.
• Do not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its security.
• Do not impersonate others or submit false order or payment information.
• Do not infringe our intellectual property or that of any third party.

Disclaimers, Liability & Governing Law

The site is provided on an "as is" basis, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law, nor your statutory consumer rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. You agree to indemnify SDC against claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
