We gather only the details needed to fulfil your order and keep you informed along the way. We do not build profiles beyond what serving you requires.

• Name — so we know who the order and any gift note are for.
• Delivery address — to ship door-to-door with tracking.
• Email and phone — to send order and tracking updates from orders@sdc.store and to reach you if a delivery needs attention.
• Payment confirmation — a record that your bank transfer or PayPal payment cleared. Full card and PayPal account details are handled by the payment provider and never touch SDC servers.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and dispatch your order, confirm that payment has arrived, provide tracking, handle returns and refunds, respond to your questions, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Where you have opted in, we also use your email to send our newsletter. We do not use your data for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Payments & Payment Processors

Our primary payment method is bank transfer: you wire payment to the account shown at checkout, quoting your order number. Nothing is charged and no stock is reserved until we confirm the funds have arrived. We also accept PayPal. Settlement is in USD; other currencies shown are display conversions.

Sensitive payment credentials are processed by your bank or by PayPal under their own privacy terms. SDC receives only confirmation that a payment succeeded — never your full card or account numbers.

Cookies & Analytics

Our site, sdc.store, uses cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand in aggregate how the boutique is used so we can improve it.

Analytics data is used in summary form and is not sold. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work as intended if you do.

Marketing Consent & Unsubscribe

We only send marketing email to customers who have chosen to receive it. Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you may opt out at any time.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential order and shipping messages, which we send so you always know where your gift is.

Data Sharing, Retention & International Transfers

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with the trusted partners needed to complete your order — such as couriers for delivery and payment providers for settlement — and only to the extent required.

SDC operates from New York (1178 Broadway, Floor 3, New York, NY 10001, USA) and our flagship boutique in Ho Chi Minh City, and we deliver across Southeast Asia. Fulfilling your order therefore involves transferring your details between the US and the delivery region under appropriate safeguards.

We keep your information only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

Your Rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is inaccurate, request its deletion, and receive a copy in a portable format. You may also object to or restrict certain uses.

Security & Children

We protect your information with appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, and by design we never store full payment credentials on our systems.

SDC is a boutique for adults. Our store is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age required to consent in their country. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes & Contact

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date below, and your continued use of sdc.store means you accept the updated terms.
