Returns & Exchanges

We want every SDC gift to feel exactly right. If it isn't, returning it is simple, free within our delivery region, and handled with the same care as your original order.

Your 14-Day Window

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to return it for a refund. Returns are free anywhere within our core delivery region — Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.

To keep things fair for every customer, items should come back to us in the same beautiful condition they left New York in.

  • Returned in its original gift packaging

How to Start a Return

Email us at saigon@sdc.store with your order number and let us know which item you'd like to return. We'll reply promptly with a prepaid return label — there's no cost to you within our delivery region.

Repack the item in its original gift packaging, attach the label, and drop it with the courier. Your return ships door-to-door with tracking, so you can follow it every step of the way.

Your Refund

Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Refunds are settled in USD; if you paid by bank transfer or PayPal, the funds return by the same route.

We'll email you the moment your refund is on its way, so nothing is left to guesswork.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? The quickest way is to start a return for the item you have and place a fresh order for the one you'd like. This ensures the new piece is reserved and dispatched to you right away, rather than waiting on the returned item.

Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

In the rare event that something arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't the item you ordered, please email saigon@sdc.store within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

You'll never be out of pocket for our mistake — we cover return shipping in full and arrange either a replacement or a complete refund, including any delivery charges.

Items We Can't Accept

A few items can't be returned, for reasons of hygiene, personalisation, or because they were sold as final sale. This will always be noted clearly at checkout so there are no surprises.

  • Personalised items and orders finished with a handwritten gift note
  • Intimate apparel, for hygiene reasons
  • Items marked final sale

Received an SDC gift that isn't quite right? You're welcome to start a return by emailing saigon@sdc.store with the order number from the gift receipt, and we'll arrange everything discreetly.

Please note that refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at purchase. If you'd prefer a different piece, we can guide you through choosing one instead.
