At SDC, getting your order to you should feel as considered as the gift inside. Every parcel ships door-to-door with tracking, gift-wrapped as standard, and with duties and taxes already settled — so there are no surprises at your door.

Where We Deliver & How Long It Takes

We deliver across Southeast Asia and beyond. Within our core region, orders arrive within these typical windows once dispatched:

  • Vietnam — 2–4 business days
  • Singapore — 3–5 business days
  • Malaysia — 3–6 business days
  • Thailand — 4–7 business days

Dispatch & Tracking

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours on business days. If you pay by bank transfer, your dispatch window begins once we confirm your payment has arrived — nothing ships and no stock is held until then.

As soon as your order is on its way, we send a tracking email from orders@sdc.store so you can follow it every step to your door.

Duties & Taxes Included (DDP)

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. All applicable duties and taxes are included on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, so there are no customs charges or surprise fees when your parcel is delivered.

Orders are settled in USD. Any other currency shown on the site is a display conversion for your convenience.

Free Express Shipping

We offer free express shipping on orders over the threshold shown in the announcement bar at the top of the site. The bar always reflects the current offer, and any free-shipping benefit is applied automatically at checkout.

Delivery Address & Failed Deliveries

Please double-check your delivery address, phone number, and email at checkout — accurate details help us reach you without delay. Our carriers deliver door-to-door and may contact you to arrange handover.

If a delivery cannot be completed or a parcel is returned to us (for example, due to an incomplete address or repeated missed attempts), we will email you to arrange redelivery or, if you prefer, a refund.

Orders Beyond Our Core Region

Checkout accepts a full international country list, so you can send SDC gifts well beyond Southeast Asia. For destinations outside our core region, delivery times and availability may vary and are confirmed by email before your order ships.

Where we ship on a duties-included basis, no additional customs fees will apply. If a particular destination requires anything further, our team will explain it clearly by email before proceeding.

Restricted & Prohibited Items

Some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations because of carrier rules or local customs regulations. If anything in your order cannot be delivered to your location, we will contact you at saigon@sdc.store to offer an alternative or a full refund for the affected item.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Occasionally a parcel is delayed in transit. If your tracking hasn't updated or your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, please email saigon@sdc.store with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier right away.

If a parcel is confirmed lost, we'll arrange a replacement or a refund to your original payment method — whichever you prefer.
